We had such a wonderful time in the Lord at 3rd Watch Retreat!

Good news, we are already excited and gearing up for Retreat 2026! Retreat 2026 will be held July 13th-17th, in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia!

Youth will participate in relevant biblical teaching and ministry time. They will also participate in other outdoor events such as hiking, and area attractions at an additional cost. All events (TBA) are not required, and alternatives will be offered.

To reduce the out-of-pocket expense per camper, WHC will be underwriting a large portion of the expense in addition to fundraising efforts by the youth group. So, the following will be the final camp registration fee per camper:

• $300 - For youth that regularly attend WHC AND participate in fundraising efforts
• $450 - For youth that are unable to participate in fundraising OR not an active member, and approved by administration

A $50 non-refundable deposit per youth will be due by November 9th.

Monthly installments are required for this youth event, unless you pay the full amount upfront.

Required $50 installments by:

• Feb. 1st
• Mar 1st
• May 3rd
• June 7th

If you are not participating in fundraising, and plan to pay the full $450, the installments are the same date but at $75 each.

We encourage youth to participate in every fundraiser, but they must participate/attend at least four fundraisers, NOT including the youth service, to be eligible for the reduced registration fee.

WHC reserves the right to deny anyone desiring to go to the retreat for any reason that may violate current procedures/policies.
