At WHC our kids (infant through 12yrs) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

We would love to see you and your family visit Harvest Kids!

Here's what to expect when attending Harvest Kids for the first time:

First, find the Harvest Kids Check-in station around the corner to the right as you enter the building. Children's Check-In opens 15 minutes before service starts. There, you will be greeted; we will meet your family and check your child into our system. Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

• Parent/guardian name(s)
• Child's name
• Child's birthdate
• Home address
• Phone number
• Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Below we have a detailed explanation of check-in for before and after service if you want more information!

Before Service:

You can check your child in 15 minutes before service at the Harvest Kids Check-in desk.

• Once you arrive at the check-in desk, you and your child will be given matching name tag stickers that are exclusive to your family and your visit. If you plan to leave a diaper bag with your child let the check-in volunteer know and they will print an additional matching sticker to put on your bag.
• One of our volunteers will direct you to your child's classroom and you will be greeted by your child's teacher. Feel free to communicate any special needs, if you have a diaper bag, etc., to the teacher while you are dropping your child off.
• You will give your child's teacher the name tag sticker while you hold onto the matching security tag.

During Service:

• If we need to contact you regarding your child during the service, we will display the code on your child's security tag on the projectors. At that time, you can make your way to your child's classroom.

After Service:

• After the service is complete, you will return to the children's church area and give your tag to the children's ministry volunteer.
• Once they see your security tag, they will radio your child's room to let them know to send your child out. Be sure to let the children's ministry volunteer know if you have any diaper bags or personal items that were dropped off with your child so they can get those for you.

We have a dedicated room specifically for nursing mothers who want to enjoy the service in a comfortable, quiet environment with their little one. Ask one of the volunteers at the Harvest Kids Check-in desk, and they will direct you to the room. The room is available at any time before/during service and includes:

• a changing table w/ extra diapers
• a Diaper Genie
• rocking chairs
• nursing pillows
• a TV with the live stream playing
